Phoenix Financial’s Salesforce org had accumulated broken representative-code data over time legacy formulas tied to rep picklists left blank on newer accounts, so reports meant to show who owned which deal or investment record were quietly unreliable.
Building a client or leadership report meant manually reconciling which records actually had valid rep data before trusting any number in it, and there was no consistent dashboard giving leadership a real-time view of deal and investment activity.
Signed documents through DocuSign lived separately from Salesforce, so a completed document didn’t automatically update the matching record someone had to close that loop by hand.
We rebuilt Phoenix Financial’s broken rep-code logic in Salesforce, replacing the blank legacy picklist formulas with a direct lookup to the correct representative record, so reports stopped silently dropping data on newer accounts.
With clean underlying data, we built automated reporting dashboards that give leadership a real-time view of deals and investment activity instead of a manually assembled report.
We also connected DocuSign directly into Salesforce, so a signed document now updates the matching record automatically instead of requiring someone to close the loop by hand.
