These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of axisconsulting.io (the “Site”), operated by BT Marketing & Advertising LLC d/b/a Axis Consulting (“Axis Consulting,” “we,” “us”), a Florida limited liability company located in Aventura, Florida.
The Site describes our CRM implementation, workflow automation, and related consulting services. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to scrape, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site.
Service descriptions on the Site are for general information and do not constitute a binding offer. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate signed statement of work or services agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Pricing shown or quoted on the Site is an estimate until confirmed in a signed statement of work. Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, engagements are invoiced in full before work begins.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and case studies, is the property of Axis Consulting or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
Third-party product names, including Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Aircall, PandaDoc, Calendly, Zapier, and others, are trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not imply endorsement.
Results described on the Site reflect specific client engagements. They are illustrative and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axis Consulting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site.
Our total liability arising out of use of the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability under a signed services agreement, which contains its own terms.
The Site links to third-party sites and tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for any dispute is Miami-Dade County, Florida.
